Transmitting information via iXLink constitutes acceptance of the iXLink Product/Service Information that you received during the iXLink activation process and of the iXLink Terms of Use (or alternative Terms contained in an Agreement between the iXLink Member you represent and Telarix) governing the Member’s use of an iXLink Service(s). If the transmitting Member (collectively, the organization listed on the iXLink Membership Application for this account, its employees and any authorized representatives who have been given access to the Member’s iXLink Account) do not agree to use the service in accordance with the iXLink Product/Service Information and the Terms of Use, Member must immediately: (1) cease access to and/or use of this iXLink service; and (2) notify Telarix and any iXLink Members to whom Member has sent information, to via this iXLink Service, of Member’s refusal to comply with the Terms of Use and intention to discontinue use of iXLink.
